  • EMERGENCY CARE

    We offer emergency services for critical illness, injuries and reproduction. Please contact us to discuss our after-hour arrangements.

  • IN-HOUSE ORTHOPEDIC

    Our veterinarians will assess each case individually and provide the best advice and treatment options for surgeries including cruciate ligament repairs, luxating patella repairs, fracture bone repairs and amputation for severe injuries and bone cancers. Some complex cases such as spinal surgery, will need to be referred to a specialist.

  • OPHTHALMOLOGY

    Ophthalmic surgery is the specific treatment of animal’s eyes. We are fully equipped to offer a range of surgeries including enucleation (removal) of the eye, entropion/ectropion surgery, eyelid rumour removal, cherry eye surgery and surgery to repair corneal ulcers. Our veterinarians can also refer your pet to a specialist for procedures such as eye ultrasounds.

  • SOFT TISSUE SURGERY

    Soft tissue surgery targets the needs of cats and dogs who have conditions related to cardiothoracic, gastrointestinal, respiratory and urogenital systems and disorders involving the ear, nose and throat. Surgeries include splenectomy, Stenotic Nares and elongated soft palates, prophylactic gastropexy, entropion and ectropion repair, tumor removal, Intestinal foreign body removal and Urinary tract surgery including stone removal.

  • DESEXING

    Desexing your pet prevents unwanted pregnancies, reduces sex-exacerbated aggression problems and other undesirable behaviours. Desexing your pets limits the risk of your pet developing associated diseases including pyometra and some cancers.

  • HIP & ELBOW X-RAYS

    Some breeds are prone to heritable orthopaedic diseases such as hip dysplasia and elbow disease. It is recommend to have hip and elbow scoring done prior to breeding to ensure that these traits are not passed on to the next generation. This is done by radio graphing the hip and elbows under general anaesthetic. The x-rays are then forwarded on to a recognised evaluator for scoring.
